Former Deputy Secretary of the Australian Treasury, Des Moore has spoken about global warming (GW) to the Victorian branch of the Australian Institute for International Affairs. He believes the skeptical view that man is causing dangerous GW is now acknowledged because of failure of temperatures to increase since 1997. He hopes that Obama will be replaced by a US President who recognises the possibility that the dangerous warming hypothesis may not be correct. The full text of Mr Moore's presentation is linked below, together with a supplement by scientist Dr Tom Quirk on pledges made at last December's meeting in Paris.
